Formulation & Mixing
Ingredients are combined in mixing tanks under controlled ratios to reach the target formulation.
Quality Testing
Samples are checked for viscosity, colour, scent and performance before the batch is approved.
Liquid Filling
Approved formulation is filled into bottles or drums to the specified fill volume.
Cap Sealing
Bottles are capped and sealed to protect the product from filling through to delivery.
Labeling
Product, batch and packaging labels are applied, including private-label artwork where specified.
Packaging
Labeled bottles are cartoned and prepared for pallet or case-level distribution.
Storage & Dispatch
Finished goods are stored and staged in the warehouse ahead of outbound dispatch.
